SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US.  Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or Fedex has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

RETURN POLICY

All sales purchased on the website are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was sent. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of the shipment arrival date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and make sure a replacement is sent out.
